The Resorts World Manila Experience

After we won in casino in Macau (well.. not that big ha), we made sure that we will play again when we go to Cebu. And we did, in Waterfront and Crown Regency Hotel and Towers when I celebrated my birthday there last March 17-24, 2012. We were able to triple our 500 Pesos in a matter of 30 minutes. It’s exciting but I don’t encourage anyone to make it a habit. We’re just doing it for fun.

As soon as we got back in Manila, we started looking for some casinos here. And so we found the Resorts World Manila. We went there last Sunday but unfortunately, we lose 700 Pesos.  Nevertheless, that money has paid the experience.

Resorts World’s architecture is like the Venetian in Macau, I must say. The security is really tight so get ready to be searched. Upon entering the casino, securities will check your bags again and if you look not of your age, they’ll ask for your ID too. And just before we decided to explore the entire building, we enter casino and tried our luck with roulette.

While playing, attendants are taking care of the players by giving them sandwiches, bottle of water, iced tea, coffee and cookies for FREE. As you know, cameras are not allowed inside so I just took the sandwich and cookies at home. Here it is.

Aside from the food, we also enjoyed the show of “Draybers” band which played slow rock music during their entire set. They’re really good. We just thought that the 700 Pesos we lose in playing casino is our payment for watching this band and eating yummy ham and cheese sandwich.  We stayed there for 2 hours.

Here’s the rest of photos taken inside the Resorts World using our mobile phone.

Resorts World Manila is located in Pasay. It is opposite to NAIA Terminal 3. There’s no public transport available there except for taxi.
