Cafe by the Ruins Facade25 Shuntug Rd Baguio City 2600 We heard so much about the Cafe by the Ruins especially the hot choco they serve. So we decided to celebrate our nth monthsary there (dinner) during our 5-day vacation trip in Baguio. At first glance, we find the place secluded because their signage is not that visible from the outside. However, we were surprised that there are many people inside when we arrived. Ye, our ticket has been forfeited. So this time, we made sure that it will be memorable and it really was! We stayed in Deep Forest Garden Inn in Puerto Princesa. We picked this because it looks good in the pictures from their website. But our first impression is that it looks like a day care center. Maybe due to the many wood crafts and…

It’s the third time that I had celebrated my birthday out of town. Thanks to my ever thoughtful and loving Honey! He arranged everything and made sure that I’ll be happy and my birthday will be as memorable as other birthday getaways we had. Finally, we experienced one of the new Seven Wonders of Nature – the Puerto Princesa Underground River and it’s really amazing and stunning!
